My passion for baking didn’t truly start until 2017 after I finished binge watching The Great British Baking Show on Netflix. I was specifically intrigued by the French Macarons that I kept seeing. Growing up, I would eat these delicious little delicacies on my flights home from Switzerland but soon forgot about them. One night, I decided I would give them a shot and it went as bad as it could… They were brittle, had no feet and were under baked but I was hooked. I made it a personal goal to master these little cookies.
